As usual in the attraction, the first step was to start a diet so that they could be eligible for bariatric surgery. After some disappointing results, they finally achieved the goal. At the end of the program, Carlton managed to lose about 119 kg, reaching 237 pounds. Shaintel, in turn, lost 97 kg and finished reality with 193 pounds.
