It’s TODAY! Davi Brito faces Sacha Bali: check times and broadcasts

The most anticipated duel of the evening will be between the former BBBs Davide Brito and the former A Fazenda Sasha Balithe start is expected around 0:50 (Brasilia time). Sacha Bali, 44, shared with fans the result of his intense fight preparation. Determined to enter the ring in his best form, the actor revealed he followed a strict routine for 18 days, comprising two to four daily training sessions combined with a very restricted diet, which excludes rice.

In an Instagram post, Sacha showed off his defined physique and revealed that he lost 8kg during preparation, going from 88kg to 80kg. He also commented on the lifestyle changes: “I gave up alcohol and cigarettes to ensure maximum combat performance”said the actor, showing total concentration on the challenge that awaits him.

Davi Brito, on the other hand, arrives motivated and confident, ready to put his physical preparation and the experience acquired within the “BBB 24” to the test. The rivalry between the two promises to generate moments of tension in the ring and, certainly, to attract the attention of the public who follows both reality shows and combat sports.
