Child actor Gustavo Corasini, 12, was discharged this Thursday (1/6), nine days after being run over in front of the condominium where he lives in São Paulo. His mother, Fernanda, broke the news on social media. “We go home for the honor and glory of the Lord. God is faithful. We have won another stage,” she wrote in her Instagram Stories.
Previously, Fernanda commented that the actor, who played Tadeu in the first phase of “Pantanal”, was recovering from the last surgery performed on his wrist, in which he had an open fracture.
“It was nine difficult days, of pain, suffering and fear, but also a lot of gratitude. Gratitude for the miracle we received, for the rebirth of my boyfriend”, he said, thanking all the support the family received from the accident. .
Gustavo was hit on the 23rd, together with a friend, Eduardo. According to the story of the family published in Stories, the two were on the street, decorating the sidewalk for the World Cup, when they ran to the neighbor’s house to check for an accident with a bricklayer and ended up being run over by a resident who was removing the car to make way for the ambulance. Eduardo died and Gustavo broke his arm, leg and fractured his pelvis. After undergoing an emergency surgery, on Friday morning (26/8) he regained consciousness and cried a lot when he learned of the death of his friend.
He would have been discharged from hospital on Monday (29/8), but after re-evaluating his health, he had to undergo another wrist repair operation. “On the day of the surgery, as it was an emergency, they did what was possible at the time and the doctor said maybe I should have done it again. They chose to do it now, so as not to suffer later,” explained his mother. .
