Former Sthe Matos Farm and lead singer Kevi Jonny suffered a road traffic accident this Friday afternoon (11/11). The couple were on a bus with the artist’s team on BR 324, bound for the municipality of Luis Eduardo Magalhães in inland Bahia. Jonny would perform on site.
The bus was carrying 20 people from the singer’s team and overturned at km 700 of the motorway, near Barreiras.
The Federal Traffic Police (PRF) were called and sent a team to the scene, where they confirmed five people were injured.
“Both were sent to hospital to undergo tests,” the singer’s press office said.
In a statement, the team added that all are well and have been taken to a hospital in the city.
The cause of the accident has not yet been disclosed.
