Can Deolane’s threats in “A Fazenda 14” be considered a crime?

Last Tuesday (8/11), Deolane Bezerra and Bárbara Borges were involved in another heated discussion in “A Fazenda 14/a>”. The peoas traded barbs during the formation of the 9th swidden.

As the actress said during the garden training, Deolane’s threats are really criminal. The case can result in imprisonment of one to six months or a fine.

Provided for by article 147 of the penal code, the crime consists in the fact of “threatening someone, with the word, with the writing or with the gesture, or with any other symbolic means”.

Already dropped from the program, former farmhand Deborah Albuquerque, by the way, said she’s filing a lawsuit against Deolane.

However, threatening is considered a less offensive offense and the penalty can be replaced by community work.
