The Aurora Alimentos brand, one of the main sponsors of “A Fazenda 14”, released a note about hate attacks among the participants. The threats occurred in a Food Network dynamic, and the fallout reached Twitter topics like “Aurora backs the threat.”

According to the statement this Tuesday (11/22), the brand said it repudiates any kind of violence, both physical and psychological, and does not condone such behavior.

“Due to the latest events of the program ‘A Fazenda’, we inform you that we are against any type of offensive and threatening conduct, whether through words or attitudes, which harm someone’s physical and/or psychological integrity. ‘Aurora Alimentos’ does not condone or encourage such behavior,” the brand said.

The dynamics of the rural reality in question occurred on Sunday (11/20), after Deolane Bezerra threatened to attack Kerline Cardoso and told Bárbara Borges that she would continue to threaten her, because it would have served no purpose. Babi even asked for protection from the production.

“He threatened to beat me from all over Brazil, to catch me outside. […] How can it go unpunished? A threat. If that’s not a crime, I don’t know what is,” Babi said later.

In addition to the Aurora group, celebrities such as presenter Xuxa Meneghel and even federal deputy Alexandre Frota have repudiated threats by lawyer Deolane Bezerra.
