Storm has taken down ‘The Farm’ sign on PlayPlus

Record TV talked about the signal drop that left “A Fazenda” on the air for about two hours on Playplus.

The reason was a heavy rain that hit the region of Itapecerica da Serra, where the headquarters of the program is located. During the storm, lightning caused an electrical fault, which damaged the equipment and temporarily compromised the transmission of the programme. The live signal dropped around 2pm this Monday (11/28).

“Our technicians worked to restore everything as quickly as possible. In the meantime, the participants in the reality show were directed to the room and continued to be monitored and recorded,” Record TV said in a post shared on Twitter.

According to the broadcaster, after the standardization of the equipment, the pedestrians of A Fazenda were released into the other rooms. “The incident did not interfere with game dynamics and the streaming signal has already returned to PlayPlus,” the broadcaster warned in the evening.
