‘Game of Thrones’ artist sued rocker in 2021 over alleged affair in 2011
Almost two years after the start of the Esme White versus Marilyn Manson, the case concluded this week. The actress game of Thrones accused the rocker of physical, psychological and sexual assault. The alleged crimes took place in 2011.
According to the information of Deadline, Marilyn and Esmé have reached an agreement. While details of the decision remain under wraps, the actress’ attorney has stated her client’s desire to “move on with her life and career.”
It is worth mentioning that the complaint was filed in 2021. At the time, documents filed in a California, US court reported that the rocker invited the actress twice for paid work in Los Angeles, to be subjected to acts of sexual violence without your consent.
According to the indictment, the singer raped Bianco around May 2011. “Mr. Warner committed sexual acts with Ms. Bianco when she was unconscious or otherwise unable to consent. (…) He also committed sexual assault against Ms. Bianco on several occasions”, the documents presented to the court show.
