Justin Bieber is on the list of defendants. Two men filed a lawsuit against the singer so that he would be legally responsible for a shootout that happened a year ago at his party. Recall that Bieber, along with friends, including Jeff Bezos, Kendall Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio, Khloe Kardashian, Drake, Tobey Maguire and other celebrities, walked at The Nice Guy club in West Hollywood.

At about three o’clock in the morning, when the guests began to go home, a fight broke out at the door of the establishment – an unknown person took out a firearm and wounded four people. Among them were rapper Bill K. Capri, known under the pseudonym Kodak, and two other men who are now demanding damages from all participants in what happened. With Capri, who rushed to the aid of his friend and provoked a shootout as a result, the security guards of the establishment, who could not provide adequate security, and, of course, with Justin Bieber – after all, it was at his party that there was a conflict, and therefore he must also bear responsibility for what happened on an equal basis with everyone, say the victims.
Lawyers for Bieber and Kodak have already joined the case and consider it already half won.
I’ve seen a lot of bad complaints in my 26 years on the job, but this one is the most ridiculous. There is no specifics in it – the lawyer groups the defendants together, instead of bringing specific charges against each, says Bill Capri’s lawyer Bradford Cohen.
