Singer Claudia Leitte was greeted with a chorus in favor of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) when she arrived to command an electric trio at Salvador’s carnival, early in the night of this Thursday 16. A group sang the choir “Olê, Olê, Olê, Olá, Lula” as the singer spoke to the public present at the Barra-Ondina circuit, on the first official day of the Bahian carnival. Claudia has already been named supporter of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL). In November last year, the singer even interrupted the beginning of her presentation at the pre-Carnaval de Aracaju, in Sergipe, to answer the shouts in favor of Lula.
With an orange look, the artist was the second attraction of the day. Claudia arrived at the scene around 12:00. Before her, Ivete Sangalo led the official opening of the carnival in Salvador, including a statement for her friend, Preta Gil, who was away from the revelry to take care of her health.
