The eldest son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Randy Gerber, Presley Gerber, became the guest of the new edition of the Studio 22 podcast. On the air, the young man admitted that he had suffered from clinical depression for a long time, and decided to tell the story of his struggle in the hope of helping others avoid the mistakes that he made in treatment.
I feel like a lot more needs to be said about this,” Presley said. – Struggling with depression and some related things, will I help at least one person? That’s all I need to do.

Presley noted that he regularly visited a specialist, but depression requires not only therapy, but also complex treatment.
This is a big part of my life. It’s a 24/7 job that includes so many things.
According to Presley, creativity and business planning helped him bounce back. At the age of 17, he recorded several tracks in a music studio, and this experience became an outlet for him. He is now actively involved in trying to raise public awareness of mental health issues. Presley is currently working on a project called “Mental Health Mondays” in which he will talk with professionals from this field.
That’s what gets me out of bed these days… Hoping that I’ve made mistakes for a lot of people, he shared. “If they are like me, well, then they will want to make this path difficult. But if they are willing to listen to me, I could spare them many hardships and a long struggle.
Recall that in December last year, Presley Gerber broke up with his beloved just a couple of months after the announcement of the engagement.
