Last night, Hollywood hosted the main film event of the year – the 95th Academy Awards ceremony. This time the event was without loud scandals, but this does not mean at all that the winners of the award can be left without attention. The absolute record of the evening in terms of the number of awards was the film by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert “Everywhere and at Once” – the tape became the picture of the year and won 7 statuettes out of 11 nominations, including for best director, best acting, best screenplay and best editing.

The best actor, as expected, was Brendan Fraser for his role in Darren Aronofsky’s chamber drama “The Whale”: in the film, he plays a 272-kilogram man. For this image, Fraser not only had to gain weight, but also wear special pads weighing up to 136 kilograms daily on the set. Contrary to the expectations of the fans, Rihanna was left without an award, who, however, still performed on stage and performed the song “Lift Me Up” from the Mervel blockbuster “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.
