On Tuesday, 21st, Tekashi 6ix9ine was attacked by a group of men at the LA Fitness gym in Miami, South Florida, USA. The rapper was injured and was taken to hospital by ambulance. However, according to information from the tmz extensionthe case could have gotten even worse if the local security team hadn’t intervened promptly.




Despite the wounds to his face, ribs and back, the singer is already at home, where he remains “locked up” for safety, informs the tabloid. The rapper’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, contacted the police to ask for the client’s protection.

The motive for the attack is still unknown. At that moment, a group of men entered the gym where the rapper was training and hit the singer, who was unable to defend himself. Security cameras recorded the moment; the images are strong.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested in 2018 and only in February 2019 pleaded guilty to nine counts involving gangs, drugs and weapons. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the singer was released early, in April 2020. In addition, his sentence was reduced after he testified against a gang.
