Singer Ed Sheeran became a father for the second time

The musician posted a cute photo of baby socks, identical to the one he posted after the birth of first daughter Lyra Antarctica more than a year ago.

I want to let everyone know that another beautiful baby has been born to us. We are both in love with her and in seventh heaven, now we are a family of 4, he wrote.

The musician is not used to publicly talking about family life, so the news about the birth of his daughter surprised his fans very much.

The couple’s first daughter, Lira Antarctica, was born in August 2020. Then in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Sheeran admitted that he had finally found the purpose of life, in addition to music. The musician noted that even though he enjoys his career, his daughter is “more important to him”.

Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn have known each other since high school. However, many years passed before they started dating. This happened in 2015, and at first the lovers preferred to keep their relationship a secret. The public about their union became known during the celebration of Taylor Swift’s birthday, where Ed came with his girlfriend. For the sake of relations with Cherry, Ed took a break in his career for almost a year. In 2016, they traveled the world together and did some pretty extreme things like white water rafting, swimming with sharks, and bungee jumping. In 2017, Ed released the song “Perfect”, which conquered all possible charts. As the singer said in an interview, he dedicated this composition to Cherry. Cherry received a marriage proposal from Ed on the eve of the new year, 2018, and already in 2019 they got married.
