Although the singer would already be living in the $20 million luxury residence she’s owned since 2001, she probably doesn’t plan to stay there permanently.

On April 19, the magazine Lecturas published the images of the visit made by the interpreter of “I congratulate you” to a showy property in “La ciudad del sol”.
She was accompanied by her inseparable brother, Tonino Mebarak, and a real estate agent, responsible for the details of the purchase.
As explained in the report, Shakira has been “seen in the most exclusive neighborhoods” of the famous metropolis in Florida looking at houses.
His goal would be to build a “more spacious” home that would fit both little Milan and Sasha and their parents, William Mebarak and Nidia Ripoll, and Tonino, perfectly.
But in addition, she supposedly wants to get another place “without memories” to make her home, since in the one she already “spent a season with Pique” when they were together.
In the home, located on North Bay Road, the singer-songwriter also shared her ex Antonio de la Rúa, with whom she dated for 11 years.
Despite possibly exploring options, she will continue to decorate her mansion, which she currently lives in.
Along with her brother, the singer shopped “in a large area dedicated to DIY,” according to Spanish media.
For his part, Jordi Martin, partner of El Gordo and La Flaca, reported that he has taken measures to protect her privacy after her arrival in Miami.
“There is a canvas that covers the house overlooking the bay because it’s a very crowded area with tourists when they come here by boat,” he said in a video posted on his YouTube channel.
Already in mid-March, the journalist Álex Rodríguez announced that Shakira supposedly aspires to settle in an area that is inaccessible to the paparazzi.

Shakira’s children are already in school
The Lecturer also stated that Milan and Sasha have already started class at Miami Country Day, the same school that Alejandro Sanz’s children apparently attend.
The school’s website says the 2023-2024 tuition cost for minors enrolled in fourth grade, as it would have been for Sasha, is $36,400.
Milan, who turned 10 in January, would continue in the fifth grade, whose annual fee at the academy is $40,100.
