The boy’s mother, Lucy, even tries to take the baby’s purse, but he threatens to cry. Moments later, Kate turns to talk to another woman and the boy almost drops the object on the floor.

“I’m just speechless,” Lucy told ITV Wales News. “That’s typical of him though. He’s kind of a hurricane, I wouldn’t expect anything less.”
“I think her [Kate] sympathized with how difficult it is to deal with children. She said ‘he can play with [a bolsa]I’ll come back for it, like any other person on the street,” he added.
The moment came during a visit by the Princess of Wales and Prince William to Aberfan Memorial Garden. The memorial garden stands on the site of the Pantglas school which was destroyed by a landslide in a nearby colliery on 21 October 1966.
The site was opened in 1974 by Queen Elizabeth II and honor the victims of the tragedy. The accident claimed the lives of 144 people, including 116 children.
