The already eternal Joel and Ellie met again at the Met Gala wasting style, the first showing off more leg than Angelina Jolie and the second reinvented the suit.
We are still in May but ‘The Last of Us’ has the majority of the ballots to become the series of the year. Joel and Ellie came to the small screen on HBO in the live-action adaptation of the famous Naugthy Dog video game and conquered locals and strangers. While we wait for ‘The Last of Us’ season 2 to come into our lives (or our televisions at least), anything that brings Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey together is cause for congratulations for fans.
Among all the looks on the red carpet of the Met Gala 2023, we are, of course, left with Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey.
With a long coat and red shirt, combined with a tie and black shorts, Pedro Pascal gives us a class of innovation and style. That little hair back, that mischievous smile, and that knee at the level of Angelina Jolie’s leg have conquered everyone.
Much more new to these saraos is Bella Ramsey, who defines herself as a non-binary person and, whether related or not, has given us a lesson on how to reinvent the suit without gender labels. A suit with long pants, a tie, a jacket, a skirt… It has everything and everything hits what has been one of the most applauded looks.
Unfortunately, it is well known that the Met Gala prohibits taking unofficial photographs of what happens inside. Although there is always someone who breaks this rule, most of the time the only refuge for celebrities is the bathroom. For this reason, no photo of Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey together has yet emerged. Both have shown during the months of promoting the series and on social networks how extraordinarily close they are, so we have no doubt that there has been, at the very least, a hug between the two big names on television today.
The fans would have liked to see them together as a more groomed couple, and not with the worn-out clothes with which they have had to travel through a destroyed United States in the HBO series. Until we see them reunited, these photos of them stretching out their indefinite climb to success on the Met Gala red carpet are well worth it. And if that’s not enough, at least for the part that touches Pedro Pascal, we won’t be able to see him next to Ethan Hawke in Pedro Almodóvar’s ‘Strange way of life’. Undoubtedly, the filmmaker from La Mancha would have also stopped by the Met if he weren’t so busy, but we answer with a Pedro, especially if Bella accompanies him. With the hope that they will give us some BTS from the Met Gala together as they did week after week with the filming of ‘The Last of Us’, we said goodbye.
