The artist is in the cast of Blue Beetlemovie DC comics which will be released in August; in addition to being the protagonist of the new series Love of my lifefor the Star+of which she is also producer and co-director.
“This project (the series) emerged during the pandemic. Matheus Souza, screenwriter and co-director, brought it to me with director René Sampaio. It is a romantic comedy about growing up, love, friendship at age than 20, 30 today. They were generous and opened doors for me to be more involved – and not just with the protagonist Bia. I took courage, but still embarrassed,” she says.
“This is the story of my life! If I already sabotage myself as an actress, which I’ve been doing since I was 5, let alone as a producer and director. I was afraid to share my ideas, not to like them. But Matheus made me feel at at ease and René reminded me that I have all the skills to manage a space. This enchanted me and also scared me,” concluded Marquezine.
