Shakira and Gerard Piqué are likely to reunite just as a year has passed since they announced the end of their relationship.
It was exactly on June 4 last year when the singer and former footballer revealed in a statement that they were no longer a couple.
“We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the well-being of our children, which is our highest priority, we ask that privacy be respected. Thank you for your understanding,” they said.
A lot has happened since then. One of the main ones is that the Colombian moved, together with her children, Milan and Sasha, to Miami, so the Catalan now lives miles away from them.
At the end of April, Gerard was able to live with his young for five days in his new country of residence, as stipulated in the custody agreement he and his ex had entered into.
Less than a month after that first visit, Pique would be ready to return to the famous Florida port to meet again with the children, but also with the interpreter of “Congratulations to you”.

On May 23, Jordi Martin, an associate of El Gordo and La Flaca, revealed the details of the alleged meeting between Pique and Shakira.
“We know for a fact that he will be leaving for Miami in the next few hours. He will be staying at a hotel in South Beach,” the paparazzi explained in a clip on his YouTube channel.
According to Martin, the businessman will attend an event at the school where his children attend, Miami Country Day, where he will meet the singer-songwriter.
“Between the second or third day (of June), Gerard is going to see the artist at a party that will be held at the school where Milan and Sasha go,” she said.
Weeks ago, C. Clarasó, from El Nacional de Catalunya, reported that supposedly children “want to see” their parents united at graduation.
The journalist pointed out that it will be Saturday, June 3 when the institution celebrates the end of the course with a celebration to which the students’ families are invited.

Jordi claimed that “the day after” the memorial, Pique will travel, accompanied by Sacha and Milan, back to the Catalan capital.
“Let’s remember that Gerard has 70% of the infant school holidays and the other 30% will be Shakira’s turn,” he explained.
“We don’t know if she’ll come to Barcelona when it’s her turn (her time) or if she’ll go somewhere with the minors,” he added.
This Wednesday on their “Mamarazzi” podcast, Laura Fa and Lorena Vázquez announced that the Kings League founder and composer “still haven’t come to an agreement” regarding Milan and Sasha’s time off.
