What is the most unusual gift you have received from loved ones?
Inflatable Christmas tree costume. It was given to me by subscribers for my birthday, honestly, it was very unexpected, but I dreamed about it, even hinted at this gift. That’s how I got this crazy costume.
What character trait would you like to change in yourself? Why?
To be honest, I accept myself for who I am, and would not change anything. But if I was less worried, it would be great.
Where do you get inspiration for music from?
It’s hard to say where the inspiration comes from. It usually comes abruptly out of nowhere. Inspired by new people, situations, books. And we usually write songs like this: I come to the studio to my co-author Gera and we sit down and start writing like two people crazy about music. He does the arrangement, I adjust, write the text, then the melody is formed and so on.
Who would you like to record a feature with?
With Scriptonite. He seems to me a very cool poet and an incredible rapper, I like his moves in music, in poetry. It would be interesting just to work, not even for the release of the track.
Who is the main critic of your work, to whom you listen and whose opinion is especially important to you?
This is my dad. He helped me from the very beginning and was always there. Dad is my biggest fan and my biggest critic.
When Denis Kovalsky suggested that I record a song, my dad supported me, it was he who suggested hiding me in the cartoon, we didn’t want me to be associated with my mother from the very beginning. Now my dad is my producer, everything goes through him and is discussed with him.
What are you most proud of?
With his album “Something Has Changed”. We have done a great job, invested a lot of effort and emotions.
What song would you highlight in your first album “Something Has Changed”? Why?
Like the song “Warm or Cold”. When we wrote it, it somehow sunk into my soul, and I’m proud of the references in it. I won’t reveal what those references are, it’s very personal.
On June 15, your first solo concert will take place in the “Sea of Music”, how will you surprise your listeners?
The most important thing is that the concert for me is a new stage in my work. I want the audience to experience all the emotions that we experienced when we were preparing this concert. I will sing songs not only from the new album “Something Has Changed”, but also those that my listeners have already fallen in love with. Concert guests will be the first to hear new tracks. There will definitely be a few dressing ups and a lot of creeps. By the way, we are preparing our own merch. And we are also waiting for interesting artists – I invited very cool guys as guests. Therefore, come June 15 to the “Sea of Music” at the Moskvarium.
What achievement is your goal now, what do you dream about? Maybe some kind of award or the number of auditions …
To be honest, I dream of already reaching “stability” in terms of an artist, getting into the charts and giving concerts. I would like to go to St. Petersburg and perform there. I dream of attending a concert in Barnaul – my close friend lives in this city, and at least I can perform for her
RAY!, recently the premiere of the cartoon “Yaga and the book of spells” took place, in which you voiced one of the main roles — what was the most memorable in the process of preparation?
I remember the friendly atmosphere at the studio, everyone was very pleasant. My voice is lower than my character’s, I had to raise my voice, speak a little higher. It was not easy to get into the movements of the lips of the hero on the screen during the scoring process.
