‘Swindlers!’: Spotify exec blasts Harry and Meghan after split

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have lost their contract with Spotify after falling short of the platform’s productivity goal

OR Prince Harry AND Megan Markle he gave end of the partnership with Spotify, which would have earned the couple a fortune of almost R$ 100 million. The breakup was announced blandly, but the behind-the-scenes atmosphere of the company seems to have not been the best. Chief of innovation and monetization supervisor for the platform’s podcasts, Bill Simmons has sharply criticized the Dukes.

The attacks occurred on Bill’s podcast, The Bill Simmons Podcast. it showed disgusted with Harry and Meghan’s performance during the partnership.

“I wish I had been involved in negotiating Meghan and Harry’s exit from Spotify. Fucking offenders. This is the podcast we should have launched with them,” Bill fired.

Bill even claims to have a great story about how he tried to help Harry come up with an idea for a podcast.

“I have to get drunk one night and tells the story of the video call I had with Harry to try and help him with an idea for a podcast. It’s one of my best stories, man.”

The pair’s partnership with Spotify resulted in just one podcast

Harry and Meghan have signed a $20 million deal, equivalent to R$96.2 million at current prices, to produce various content for Spotify over the next three years. The first was launched: it’s the podcast archetypes, commanded by the Duchess of Sussex. In the show, which received illustrious guests such as Mariah Carey and Serena Williams, she discussed themes of the female universe and fought against limiting stereotypes for women.

In a statement, Spotify says the decision to end the tie was made by mutual consent. however, the Wall Street Journal claims the couple lost their contract because they didn’t meet their productivity goal to receive payment in full.
