João Vitor da Mota Vianna, brother of Pedro Scooby, owes more than R$ 31,000 in child support
This Thursday, 29, João Vitor da Mota Viannabrother of Peter Scobywas arrested by the agents of the 32nd DP (Taquara) for non-payment of alimony.
The determination of 30 days imprisonment is up to the judge Monica Poppe by Figueiredo Fabiãoby the 3rd Family Court of Barra da Tijuca.
The case takes place in the secrecy of justice. Second G1, João owes more than R$31,000 in retirement. The action was promoted by Talita Iorio Barbosathe child’s mother and his ex-wife.
It is not the first time that the young man has been involved in controversy. In 2015, João Vitor was arrested on charges of attempting to bribe police officers of the 1st DPJM (Military Judicial Police Station), of the Prime Minister’s Internal Affairs, during an action in a bar in Vila Isabel, in the North Zone of the city, to seize slot machines.
