According to information from one of the prosecutors, Maira Pinheiro, the crime took place in August 2014 and the complaint was filed in 2020, the year in which Felipe Prior participated in the Big Brother Brazil. He allegedly offered the victim a lift and then stopped the vehicle in a dark street and committed the crime.

Prior reportedly escalated the violence after the woman asked him to stop. He stopped the crime only after causing an injury to the victim’s genital region. Maira reports that the woman accusing the former BBB was hospitalized after the case, but she has begun to develop panic attacks over the years.

In a note sent to StadiumDefense attorneys said they will appeal the decision and said the former BBB is innocent.
