Philip Priorone of the protagonists of BB 20was recently sentenced to six years in semi-open prison for rape, referring to a case that allegedly took place in 2014. “He is much stronger than me. So there was no way out of this situation,” he reports in a short excerpt of the conversation that was released by the broadcaster, which did not reveal who he is or the identity of the victim , but highlighted that “she will talk about her experience and the traumas she still faces”.

According to information from one of the prosecutors, Maira Pinheiro, the crime took place in August 2014 and the complaint was filed in 2020, the year in which Felipe Prior participated in the Big Brother Brazil. He allegedly offered the victim a lift and then stopped the vehicle in a dark street and committed the crime.
Prior reportedly escalated the violence after the woman asked him to stop. He stopped the crime only after causing an injury to the victim’s genital region. Maira reports that the woman accusing the former BBB was hospitalized after the case, but she has begun to develop panic attacks over the years.
In a note sent to StadiumDefense attorneys said they will appeal the decision and said the former BBB is innocent.
“Reaffirming the full innocence of Prior Felipe Antoniazzi, it is emphasized that this is his civil and procedural status, in the light of the presumption of innocence, which is imposed on him, as on other citizens in a democratic state of law, such as the fatherland, compliance, first of all with point LVII, of article 5 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, which recommends that ‘no one shall be considered guilty until the definitive and unappealable conviction of a criminal conviction’, so that injustices are not incurred, as many have already witnessed, unfortunately, in our country”, reads an excerpt from the document.
