Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello shocked to announce that their love story has come to an end after seven years of marriage.
Neither has shared the reasons why they decided to split, but some media outlets, such as People, have reported alleged circumstances that have kept them apart over the years.

One of the speculations surrounding the ex-partner is that their split will be largely due to their conflict over having children.
This year, on July 19, TMZ reported that while the “Magic Mike” star is reportedly looking to have a baby, the 51-year-old actress is not.
For its part, citing a close friend of Joe Manganiello, Page Six revealed that he has reportedly always wanted to be a father and that this desire has intensified in recent years.
A source reported the matter to Ok! Magazine on July 17, stating that “Sofia was really looking forward to sharing a child with Joe.”
“But they’ve both come to the conclusion that they’re too big,” the close friend said, adding that the stars have been trying to conceive a baby since tying the knot in 2015.
The insider pointed out that the “Modern Family” star was reportedly adamant about not using in vitro fertilization (IVF) to conceive.
This will be due to the negative experience she had in 2014, when her ex-partner, Nick Loeb, filed a legal claim for custody of the frozen embryos resulting from their IVF in 2013.
The battle ended in March 2021 when a judge issued a permanent injunction barring the businessman from carrying the embryos to term without Vergara’s “express written consent.”
“The whole process brought a lot out of Sofia. She didn’t want Nick to raise children who were biologically half his own,” the source said.

In February 2016, just three months after her marriage to Joe Manganiello, Sofía Vergara answered whether she is thinking about becoming a mother again.
“Well, I don’t think you can seriously think about it when you’re already 43 years old. It is what it is and I can no longer expect anything natural,” he said in an interview with Harpers Baazar Arabia.
“So we’ll see what happens. It’s not something that keeps us awake, but it’s not something I’m totally against,” he added.
Sofia is mother to 31-year-old Manolo, whom she shares with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez. So if she did have babies again, she opened up about how she would approach motherhood again.
“I think the energy levels you have when you’re 20 can’t be compared to the energy you have in your 40s, so of course it’s going to be different, but it’s possible,” she said.
“Of course I would have people to help me because I work a lot, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem,” she added.
“You’re different when you grow up, you’re a different person. Your priorities are different, so of course you approach it differently.”
As of now, neither Vergara nor Manganiello have expressed the reason why they ended up not having children during their union.
