According to newspaper information Extra, bought the property – valued at R $ 20 million – when it was still on the ground floor. According to the newspaper, the location of the swimming pool, the floors and the general decoration are still missing. The expectation is that the property will be fully ready by next summer.

The ‘Neyplex’ sits atop one of two towers measuring 281 meters, 81 floors and 264 apartments. The penthouse has a panoramic view of the whole city, facing the sea. The entire tower is also mirrored, ensuring privacy. Among the ‘advantages’, Neymar will also have a private lift.

These buildings, part of the Yachtouse Residence Club development, are among the tallest in the world. The luxury firm also has two helipads, one in the unit bought by Neymar. Another differential is a marina, so that tower residents who have boats can dock.
