According to Toguro, Nara was preparing for a natural birth, but had to have a C-section at the last minute.
“Nara’s dream has always been to have a baby with a normal delivery, she went through the whole process to have a normal delivery, at the last second of the second half it wasn’t like that, because the baby wasn’t going to stop there, which I don’t deal with. She had a caesarean section and in between she put stitches and finally she started bleeding vaginally. She was bleeding a lot. Her condition is serious, she’s intubated,” he said, rather shaken.
Right at the beginning of the video, still without explaining what was going to happen, Toguro had already said that Nara was “bleeding a lot”. “I’ve never asked to pray, but please pray for her,” he said.
The influencer also appeared with the baby on her lap, reassuring followers about his state of health. “He IS my baby, healthy, very healthy and healthy,” he said.

Toguro has made headlines before. This year, the fitness influencer was indicted by the Civil Police for manslaughter – when there is no intent to kill – after running over motorcyclist Johnny Vieira da Silva, who was 30 years old.
After being indicted, Toguro wrote a commentary asking Pages not to refer to the case as a “hit and run”. According to the influencer he would have “participated in the accident”, without any fault.
