Kevin Spacey is once again sued for sexual abuse

Actor Kevin Spacey is being sued by a New York massage therapist who claims the actor made unwanted sexual advances and offered extra money in exchange for sexual favors during massages. The lawsuit comes just months after Spacey was found not guilty of sexual harassment charges in the US and UK.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the therapist says Spacey booked three massages in August and September 2016 in a room at the Edition Hotel. He alleges that the actor insisted on starting the buttock massage, making unwanted and inappropriate sexual advances and comments. Spacey also allegedly insisted on doing yoga positions during the massage, exposing his private parts and even offered extra money in exchange for sexual favors.

The therapist also claims that the actor grabbed his hand and tried to put it on his genitals, despite having repeatedly rejected the alleged advances. He says Spacey booked the appointments through an app, using a different name, and insisted on wearing a ski mask during the appointments.

Repeated trauma

After the third alleged incident, the therapist says he stopped accepting appointments at the hotel Spacey allegedly frequented. He says the sessions with Spacey were mentally and emotionally painful, saying he still suffers from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and fears about his livelihood as a massage therapist. Therapist sues Spacey for damages.

The trial is similar to another faced by the actor. He was accused of forcing a masseur to touch his genitals during a massage at his home in 2016. The case was dropped when the alleged victim died during the investigation.
