The 28-year-old fiancee of the famous football player gave birth less than two months ago, but already leads an active social life: in May she visited the Cannes Film Festival, and now she went on a well-deserved family vacation. Mom took the newborn baby Bella Esmeralda with her – we recall that her birth of a baby was accompanied by a tragedy – her twin brother did not survive. The girl is only seven weeks old and this is her first big trip.
