Alessandro Correa, husband of Ana Hickmann, the Record presenter, spoke about an alleged attack committed against his wife last Saturday, the 11th. In a post on Instagram, he denied the incident, which was recorded at the Itu central police station, where they live.
Correa denied having “crushed his head” and said that “everything will be clarified at the appropriate time.” As in a note released to the press by Ana’s office, he also uses the word “disagreement” to talk about the situation.

I take this opportunity to apologize to my entire family for what happened. 25 years of marriage have passed without any episode of this type occurring.

Ana reported to the police station that she was in the kitchen of the house with her husband when they started arguing. The couple’s only child, 10-year-old Alexandre, reportedly witnessed the start of the disagreement.
According to the report obtained by G1, Ana reported that, after the argument, she attempted to access an external area of the house to take a cell phone and call the police. At that moment Correa suddenly closed a sliding door, putting pressure on her left arm. The document also states that the presenter was the victim of “headbutts” by her husband.
Correa denied the attack to journalist Leo Dias, who reported the case on Sunday morning. “Where did they get this from? Look, there must be some mistake, I don’t think they are dealing with the same person,” Correa was quoted as saying. The businessman also said that he was not at home and that Ana was sleeping at the time.
Also according to G1, Ana went alone to Santa Casa de Itu where she received medical treatment and was released shortly after. A police car accompanied the presenter as she returned home.
