Naiara Azevedo reported physical, psychological and material violence
Naiara Azevedo gave an exclusive interview to Fantastic to talk about the violence she claims to have suffered at the hands of her ex-husband, who denies the accusations. She said that at the beginning of her career he only received R$1,000 a month and he was her manager at the time.
“My income in 2016, 2017 was five to seven million reais a month. And when I said I needed money, he asked me: ‘What do you want money for? You have everything. Your house, your we pay, your clothes, we pay. Isn’t a thousand R$ enough to survive?'”she said.
The singer got married in partial community of property and started chasing her share. “I only want what is mine, what I worked for. I don’t want a drop of sweat from my ex-husband’s work. I’m not here to take credit away from anyone”points out.
“So I didn’t understand this complaint. I didn’t understand this narrative and I was completely surprised by it. I’m disappointed in everything that happened. There was no need for it. Because I always made myself available.”“said the ex-husband.
