The profile of these victims is that of single mothers, between 30 and 45 years old, with financial stability and recently arrived in the Federal District.
“He deceived them with promises of love and, when accused, became aggressive, threatening and morally abusing them, as a way to intimidate them into not filing a police report or continuing criminal proceedings. He then created new social media profiles to reach new victims,” the police explained to Estadão.
He had several profiles on social media, in some he introduced himself as the singer Wagner Luno, in others he said he was an agri-food entrepreneur. Wagner has a YouTube channel with two songs.
“It is suspected that there are other victims in the Federal District and also in other states, especially in Goiás. Based on the established facts, the individual will be responsible for the crimes of embezzlement in the criminal continuum, embezzlement, coercion during the trial and theft , with a possible sentence of 18 years in prison. The arrest and the search and seizure warrant took place in Águas Claras”, specifies the DF Civil Police in a note.
