The gospel singer’s husband died last Wednesday (01/3). Shulamite Alves, Ricardo Henrique da Silva, drowning. The man had been in a serious car accident just two weeks earlier.
The death was confirmed during a service at the Mauá Assembly of God: “We ask you to pray for our Shulamite sister who is desperate, crying a lot”they said during the ceremony.
On social media, Internet users were deeply moved and expressed their solidarity: “May God give comfort to the Shulammite; there are no words, only God himself to comfort”said one.

So far the singer has not released any statement regarding the incident, but her social networks are full of messages from fans and followers, unhappy with the recent news.
