According to the determination, the child would remain with his father until the 10th, and the paternal grandparents would have the task of picking him up and delivering him to his mother. Corrêa’s defense claims in the document that the presenter refused to entrust her son to the care of her father.
“Allowing just a quick meeting for a late afternoon snack, claiming he was going to the beach with his son and friends,” he argued.
According to the document, he demonstrated “total lack of respect for the content of the court’s decision” and for the fundamental rights and guarantees provided for by the Brazilian Constitution.
In addition to the international intervention, the lawyer also requested an urgent injunction from the Itu Family Court (SP), so that the facts regarding “non-compliance with a court decision” could be clarified.
In a note to EarthAna Hickmann’s counsel reiterated that lawyers for both parties had agreed on a new date for the birth, moving it to January 9, and that there had been no attempt to make a new change.
“This demonstrates, once again, Alexandre Correa’s bad faith and intent to victimize himself and deflect his responsibilities as a father, partner and citizen. We regret the way in which the parent uses psychological abuse and blackmail emotional to obtain advantages in turn, ignoring the well-being of the son, who has shown sadness and discomfort in various situations. This is an incessant attempt to intimidate and embarrass Ana Hickmann, to cause procedural disorders and to trivialize physical violence and emotional that has been causing since November 11, 2023,” he says.

Request for arrest
Correa’s defense presented a request for arrest in flagrante delicto against Ana Hickmann on January 4th for parental alienation. The charge is the same: failure to comply with the court’s decision to hand over her son so that she could spend a few days with her father.
In the document, Murad claims that the special court ruled that “the child will remain with the father between the 3rd and 10th, with collection at 9:00 am and return at 6:00 pm, with the paternal grandparents responsible for the collection and return of the child to the maternal home.”

The defense also claims that Ana Hickmann prevented “family relationships and cohabitation” and demonstrated that “the facts and repeated acts of parental alienation are the subject of this request and are in the public domain.”
The document specifies that Corrêa’s defense attempted “several times” to communicate the situation via 190 and the Guardian Council, but was unable to complete the report, as the call was interrupted. In addition to the arrest, a public prosecutor, member of the Duty Department responsible for the ITU Municipal Council for Children and Adolescents (SP), was tasked with following the case and handing over the son to the family of Ana. ex-husband.
