In 2022, Wanessa went with friends to Valparaíso, Goiás, where Dado lived. Wanessa says the impact of reuniting with Dado was instant. “It was like the world was falling. It was a crazy thing. Because when I saw him, at first I was scared, because he was all bearded. I saw the caveman (laughs). It was a super random encounter on the street, but I remember when I saw him, I thought, ‘huh? ahn? ahn?’. I was stuttering! You know when you hear your mind talking? I thought, ‘stop stuttering so I can tell you.’ nervous!” Then I saw that he also stuttered, so he was nervous too!,” she recalls.
