Deborah said Raman pulled the artist’s teeth and gave the judge details of the abuse she and the singer suffered
The mother of Doja Gatto, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer accused her son Raman, the singer’s older brother, of verbally and physically abusing her sister and also reported the attacks to a judge.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer filed a request for a restraining order against her eldest son, Raman Dalithando Dlamini, after reporting him for assault.
Deborah claimed that Raman pulled the artist’s teeth. Furthermore, she also reported that her son destroyed and stole some of Doja Cat’s property. In the documents, the mother said that the singer is abused in a “very degrading and humiliating” way, which makes her an “insecure and traumatized” person. . .
In the complaint she also stated that she was the victim of her son’s abuse. Deborah says the latest threat incident occurred earlier this month. Her mother was granted legal guardianship pending a hearing for a permanent restraining order.
Always according to TMZ, the precautionary measure was not granted to the singer. The judge argued that she must file her own request for a restraining order. So far Doja Cat has not commented on the allegations.
This week, the singer was announced as one of the main attractions of Coachella 2024, a music festival taking place in Indio, California. Doja Cat will perform on April 14th and 21st.
