Singer Valesca Popozuda had to interrupt a show due to a fire that broke out in the Galpão Mix Mariá concert hall, in Taboão da Serra, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, on Friday 23rd.
The funk singer would perform with MC Pipokinha at the venue’s opening, according to the event’s Instagram page. However, during the first song, Valesca warned on the microphone of the start of a fire and asked everyone to leave the place.
No one was injured and the causes of the fire have not been clarified.
In a note published on social media, Galpão Mix Mariá, the venue where the show would take place, reported that it had identified the cause of the fire and had already taken action, without clarifying what happened.

The venue also informed that the program will continue as normal and that MC Pipokinha’s show has been rescheduled for March 9.
