“On Saturday the operation was performed on the singer Dulce to remove a tumor that was found in his kidney more than a month ago (…) it is known that the operation was a complete success,” explained journalist Daniel Aguilar.
“Doctors were able to remove the disease that afflicted the singer since the tumor was encapsulated, so a speedy recovery is expected,” he added.
“We understand that one of the kidneys also came out with the tumor, but thankfully Dulce is doing very well,” he said.

That same day, Dulce contacted journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante to give details about her health. In a voice message sent to the communications manager, he confirmed that the operation was successful and that he was already in the recovery process.
“I’m perfectly fine. It was a good, successful operation. The best thing was that the doctor said to me: “I am very happy because you are clean’ because “We were afraid of a malignant tumor” he confessed.
He also clarified: “Fortunately, It is a benign tumor, “It’s already out and to continue to enjoy life and to continue to sing.” However, he did not confirm whether his kidney was removed along with the tumor.
In a previous interview with Ventaneando, broadcast on March 18, Dulce said she knew she could lose one of her kidneys during its operation.
