Saúl Abdiel, the youngest son of Saúl ‘El Canelo’ Álvarez and the only boy of his four children, turned out again this weekend to support his famous father at win he had in Las Vegas vs Jaime Munguía.
The jaliscience boxer had the boy, 5, with Nelda Sepúlveda, with whom the boxer had a brief relationship.

Through photos shared by the athlete on Instagram, it appeared that his youngest son was part of his family guests who came to support him in his fight to defend his four world titles in the super middleweight category.
Saúl Abdiel was seen getting excited to the point of shouting from the stands when he saw his famous father in action.
Photos were also taken next to it his half-sister, Maria Fernanda;and singer Peso Pluma when the artist stopped by to greet the boxer in the locker room.
It is more common to see ‘Canelo’ in public with his 6-year-old daughter ‘Mafer’, whom he had with his current wife Fernanda Gomez.
It also tends to occur more often with Emily Cinnamon, eldest daughter, 17;. He had her with Karen Beltran.
Saul Abdiel wants to follow in Canelo’s footsteps
The youngest of the boxer’s sons has shown signs of wanting to follow in the boxer’s footsteps.
In a video circulating on social media that was recorded this weekend, the boy appears and someone asks his father “what punch is he going to win with”.
“Higher!”he answers excitedly while faking the hit in front of the camera.
” He says he wants to be a boxer. I’d like him to like something else, but if he ends up liking boxing, then what can we do? We’ll see, he’s young,” “El Canelo” said of his son on Showtime Sports on Oct. 29, 2021.
The athlete has already seen in some cases with the child practicing and simulating some strikes in the ring.
“El Canelo” also has another daughter, Mía Ener, which he captured with model Valeria Quiroz. However, she is the least known of the boxer’s descendants.
