Meet 7 athletes who will represent our country at the Paris Olympics and who are openly LGBTQIAP+!

It is estimated that 206 countries will compete in 32 sports! It will be 10,500 athletes, equally divided between women’s and men’s teams – for the first time! Meet some of them who will be competing in the Olympics and are part of the LGBTQIAP+ community.

According to data collected by ‘Outsports’, there will be at least 155 Openly LGBTQIAP+ Athletes. The vehicle also highlighted, based on information released by the athletes themselves and consultations with journalists from around the world, that the Brazilian delegation has 24 competitors from the community.
