Explosiva Sonora suffers a “terrible” car accident: all 12 members are injured

The Sound Explosive suffered a severe accident on a highway in Mexico when the group was traveling in a van to Monclova, Coahuila, as confirmed through a statement released this Sunday, August 18.

According to the band’s official statement, shared on Instagram, the events occurred at 8:30 p.m. local time, then the team “left monterey”.

“This Saturday night (August 17) members of La Explosiva Sonora and her staff suffered a terrible accident when they were traveling in a van and were hit head-on by another van that entered the lane,” it explained.

The result of the accident was that “ All team members were injured.some with fractures, others with serious injuries“.

It was reported in detail that the 12 members of the group “were transferred to the Monclova General Hospital”.

The group’s PR agency shared some images of the accident on Instagram, and some of the members can be seen being transported in an emergency ambulance.

You can also see how both the musicians’ vehicle and the car that hit them were let go after they allegedly swerved into their lane.

This Sunday morning, some of the team members went live from the hospital via Facebook to announce their progress.

“As far as possible, we are fine, everyone is fine, we are all alive, we are all complete and above all, we are very thankful that God was with us at all times,” they said.

” My colleagues are already outdischarged,” they said of those who sustained injuries that did not require further treatment.

” Some have a fracturebut we are fine,” they added.

No further details were given about the musicians who are said to be in a “serious condition”.
