According to the Play column of the newspaper O Globo, the millionaire property would have been valued at R$ 40 million. The residence is located in the City Castelo condominium, in Itu, in the hinterland of São Paulo.
With 6,100 square feet and 1,600 of built area, the home features a master suite with spa, dressing room and screened closet. It also has six guest suites, a gym, sauna, spa and game room.
According to the information, the outdoor area has a garage for eight cars, as well as an uncovered parking lot for 10 cars and a service area. The villa also has a gigantic 25-meter swimming pool, a heated pool with a wet bar, a wine cellar, a party room, a cinema and a kennel.
