Furthermore, the testimony of Maria do Céu Moraes, Gugu’s mother, was fundamental for the withdrawal. According to the journalist’s sources, the mother’s statements would be “devastating from a legal point of view”.
Maria categorically stated that Gugu was gay and that it had always been agreed that Rose would be “a surrogate mother” to give birth to the presenter’s children.. He also emphasizes that the doctor was never considered a member of the family.
Despite the internal resolution, Gugu’s legacy remains stranded. The reason? The paternity recognition process initiated by the businessman Ricardo Rocha. The judge understood that he could suffer harm if the sharing had occurred before the DNA testing.
