Regina Todorenko said she gave birth in the presence of her husband Vlad Topalov and their 3-year-old son

The other day it became known that Regina Todorenko and Vlad Topalov became parents for the second time. The TV presenter gave birth to a boy and now the couple has two sons. Now, in her Telegram channel, she told in detail how everything happened. As it turned out, the star decided not to go to the hospital (recall, before giving birth, the couple flew to the United States), but to give birth at home in the water. Regina posted a video of herself eating pizza between contractions, walking on a treadmill, dancing and listening to “hypnotic affirmations” through her headphones.

I had other plans. I went to the gym and lived the waves there. She gave vent to her emotions, her nature. It was just a portal that takes a child to a new world.

But most of all, her audience was surprised by the fact that not only her husband Vlad Topalov saw the moment of the birth of a child with his own eyes, but also their first-born, three-year-old Mikhail. Todorenko explained to the child that they would play a game: the mother would portray either wild animals or a balloon.

And I also dreamed that we would meet the baby with the whole family. I prepared Mishka for this event. I didn’t know for sure what scenario my birth would develop, but I kept in my head the visualization of what I want: water birth, my husband and son are next to me, waiting for a new person. When she felt contractions, she warned Michelka that her mother would play different animals: sometimes she would growl like a tiger and moo like a cow, and also inflate and deflate like a huge ball. During the contractions, I breathed very deeply, using the practice I learned in the hypnobirthing course. At these moments, Mishka burst into laughter.

Regina also posted a screenshot of part of the correspondence with the doula, but in the end, the help of doctors was not needed:

By 20:00, she offered to come for an examination, as the sensations intensified, but the water did not pour out, the bladder was intact, I walked, ate, and danced. Arriving for examination, it turned out that I had a dilation of 8 centimeters. At 22:30 I held the baby in my arms.

Note that Regina Todorenko hid the news of her second pregnancy until the very latest. However, the public also did not immediately learn about the first-born. For the first time, she let slip about the current situation on the air of the musical show “Mask”, choosing the outfit of Venus from the canvas of Sandro Botticelli and demonstrating her growing belly. Note that the TV presenter is also in no hurry to reveal the gender of the future baby.

Vlad Topalov and Regina Todorenko have been together since 2018. They met a year earlier at the rehearsal of the play “Put Your Wife in the Pawnshop”, which was played on the stage of the Moscow Teatrium on Serpukhovka. A little later, rumors about a romance spread, which the lovers did not confirm for a long time and amused fans with rare hints on social networks. In July 2018, the couple announced their engagement, and in the fall they secretly signed. A month and a half later, in December, the stars became the parents of a boy. But they staged a magnificent wedding celebration only in 2019. For several days, the newlyweds walked with many friends at Villa Astor on the Amalfi Coast, Italy.
