Quick action by the security forces led to the safe rescue of Zahie Téllez AND Alberto Escobar. “One person was arrested and we managed to save the two people deprived of liberty alive and unharmed”he stated Urrutia in an official statement.
After the rescue, Zahie and his partner returned home, where they are now safe with their families.
