A businesswoman pays all the expenses of her guests in Farofa from Gkay
The Gkay entrepreneur revealed on Monday 25th that the influencer Andréia Matos, known on social media as Rainha Mattos, is the guest who spends the most on her during Gkay’s Farofa, generating losses.

“I tell her to her face, Queen Matos. Then I told her, I told her, ‘Queen, you should be ashamed,'” Gkay began in the interview with PodSêSerasa podcast.
“The Queen jokes that she arrives safely in Farofa. Then I see that the bill has arrived and then: ‘Ah, you have to pay the Queen’s security guards’. I said: ‘Security?’ What do you mean I pay the Queen’s security guards? What do you mean I don’t even have four security guards, because the Queen has four security guards?” he said.
According to Gkay, each professional cost around R$500. In addition to security costs, he paid a fortune for food.
“When the bill arrived for the food in his room: lobster, shrimp. It wasn’t lobster for lunch and shrimp in the evening, no. It was all the dishes, for every meal. All my guests who come eat very well, I’m like, go and you all eat well. But the Queen’s problem is that she spends too much and in the end I get the bill: ‘Regina, you don’t go to Farofa much anymore, I deserve it,'” Gkay said.
Farofa cancelled
Last week, the entrepreneur announced the cancellation of Farofa from Gkay in 2024. The event would have taken place on December 3, 4 and 5, but was postponed to 2025. The new dates have not yet been defined.
On social media the entrepreneur declared that she needed more time to transform the event into what she imagines. For the first time Farofa will be open to the public. The tickets were sold out.
