Liam Payne’s family seek justice for their son: they would go against anyone involved in his death

Liam Payne’s family would be ready to take legal action against anyone involved in his death.

After the singer died on October 16 after falling from the third floor of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, his loved ones were finally able to bury him on November 20.

Now, after saying goodbye, apparently the former One Direction member’s parents will focus on finding out if anyone is responsible for the tragedy.

Liam Payne’s family will seek ‘justice’ for him

On November 26, Page Six reported that lawyers for Liam Payne’s family were in court in Argentina on Tuesday.

According to the agency, it has accessed documentation that reveals that veteran music industry alumnus Richard Bray, acting on behalf of relatives, handed over his legal interests to a law firm in Buenos Aires.

The above means, they explain, that the “For you” singer’s relatives would be plaintiffs in any future criminal case.

For her part, a source “with knowledge of the family” assured the website that she is “100% sure” that Karen and Jeff Payne, the late artist’s parents and siblings, “would like to seek justice for him.”

So far, Argentina’s National Criminal and Penitentiary Office has charged three people in Liam’s death.

The first is a friend of the singer-songwriter, Roger Nores, who is accused of alleged “abandonment”. The other two are an employee of the CasaSur Palermo hotel and a waiter, who allegedly supplied him with drugs.

Nores, the New York Post explains, said earlier this month that he “never” left Payne: “I went to his hotel three times that day and left 40 minutes before that happened.”

“There were more than 15 people in the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left,” he explained in his defence.

To date, local prosecutors have not brought charges against the businessman, who posed as the composer’s manager.

The newspaper explains that Liam’s father told authorities that Nores volunteered in May to care for his son and arrange for him to attend rehab.

Liam Payne is said to have ordered alcohol and illegal drugs before he died

This Tuesday, TMZ announced that, based on official documents, prosecutors in charge of the investigations revealed that Liam Payne allegedly requested alcohol and drugs before his death.

They report that he would have ordered 4 bottles of whiskey at 10pm on October 15th, the night before he died. Hours later, at 6:36 a.m., he reportedly needed 5 more bottles.

Additionally, at 9:32 a.m., the pop star reportedly texted Roger Nores, “Can you have 6 grams?”, apparently referring to cocaine.
