Casper Smart, who was Jennifer Lopez’s partner for several years, is in trouble with the law.
On Dec. 30, TMZ reports that, according to “police sources,” authorities allegedly received a tip that the choreographer had “a cannabis grow at his home in Los Angeles.”

According to media reports, in response to the alarm, police reportedly obtained a search warrant, which they “served” on Casper Smart “shortly before 9 a.m. on December 23.”
It is assumed that they proceeded on the same day to check the residence, where at that time the dancer and “a woman” were found.
While searching the property, agents reportedly located “a small to medium-sized grow unit” of the aforementioned plant.
Despite the discovery, Jennifer López’s ex would not have been arrested. However, “he was summoned and released at the scene.”
The case has apparently been sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, which will determine whether Smart will be formally charged in the matter.
Meanwhile, on the evening of this Sunday 29, he showed in his Instagram stories that he is in Las Vegas with Michelle Sauls, who would be his girlfriend.
Casper and the “On the Floor” singer began dating in October 2011, following her split from Marc Anthony, People reports.
During their time together, they went through breakups and comebacks. They broke up for good in August 2016.

The music mogul is charged with alleged sex trafficking, organized crime and transportation for prostitution.
The “Selena” star dated the rapper between 1999 and 2001. In 2003, she shared with Vibe that while they were in that romance, she “couldn’t stop crying” and that she “knew” he wasn’t “faithful” to her.
