Justice favors Shakira in the plagiarism process against the Brazilians

Shakira had his first victory in court over the case against the Brazilians. The action includes an alleged plagiarism of the song “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, vol. 53”.

According to the LeoDias portal, the federal prosecutor can cancel the accusations made by the Brazilian owners of the song “You you”. The composers Ruan Prado, Luana Matos, Patrick Graue and Calixto Afiune try to appeal to the decision.
