The Rio Grande Do Sull Court refused the urgent request presented by Rafael Eduardo Schemmer to exclude the video known as “Tea Apocalypse of Betrayal” from social networks. The registration, made in the municipality of Quinze de Novembro, publicly exhibits a series of alleged infidelities committed by the agricultor, during a family event organized by his then companion, Natália Knak.
Judge João Gilberto Engelmann, of the judicial court of the Ibirubá district, concluded Tuesday (15) that there was no practical profitability to eliminate the internet content. The decision believed that the actor had already accepted the effects of his exposure by publicly expressing himself on the case.
In addition, the magistrate stressed that “it is not possible, given the scenario presented, to limit all information on the facts in all the media, in particular on social networks, in which the media originally transmitted by the defendant have already capitalized the area”.
The video and the content of the complaint
The recording was made on 9, at the home of Rafael’s parents, and collected about 30 family members. Instead of revealing the sex of the child, Natália presented alleged records of betrayals committed by her partner.
