Hytalo Santos is the goal of research and seizure of the police

The Court of Paraíba authorized, Wednesday (13 August), a research and kidnapping operation at the House Hytalo Santos house, located in a high -level standard condominium in João Pessoa. The decision was motivated by complaints relating to the exposure of minors in social networks, an investigation conducted by the state prosecutor.

The military police teams fulfilled the mandate, but they did not find the influencer on the scene. According to reports, Hytalo would have left the condominium by transporting various equipment before arrival of the agents. The images recorded during the action reveal that the residence has already been emptied, with closed doors, washing machine still on and organized dishes outside.

Previously, Tuesday (12 August), the Court had already determined the blocking of Hytalo’s social networks and had prohibited any contact with him with teenagers mentioned in the investigation. The disqualification of its digital content has also been established. According to the prosecutor Ana Maria França, the investigations were started after the neighbors reported parts with alcoholic beverages and the presence of minors, as well as episodes in which teenagers would have been exhibited on video with inadequate content.

“Although he left the condominium, if this is believed to hinder the progress of the investigations, a pre -flow detention mandate may be issued,” said judge Adhailton Lacet Correia Porto, responsible for the decision of the 1st Court of Childhood and young people by João Pessoa.

In addition to police movements and judicial measures, digital platforms have also reacted. The Instagram of the influencer is down from Friday (August 8), the YouTube channel dismantled the videos and Tiktok has banned their account for the second time. The companies involved reported having adopted shares based on the guidelines for use and, in some cases, at the request of the authorities.

The criminal public service also reported that Hytalo Santos was listened to at the end of May in Bayeux, the municipality of the metropolitan region of João Pessoa. The victims, in turn, were not interviewed again to avoid possible reventiveness. There are also records that the influencer had already been mentioned in another similar process, in which he denied the accusations.

The defense of Hytalo Santos reported his departure from the case after Wednesday’s operation. According to lawyers, the influencer should speak through a video, but not yet defined for publication.
